I'm a technologist and entrepreneur who likes building things around networks, Internet infrastructure, and security. I founded Border0, which was acquired by Tailscale, and before that led cloud infrastructure engineering at Cisco Umbrella, helping build and operate its global network and cloud services.
I'm also the founder of BGPMon, now part of Cisco, which thousands of network engineers have used to monitor BGP and keep an eye on their networks.
These days I'm at Tailscale. In my copious free time, I tinker with networking, Linux, Go, and spend an unreasonable amount of time figuring out how to make packets go fast.
